Terms and conditions of purchase
The prices and selling terms and conditions are given solely for informational purposes, and may change in accordance with market fluctuations. Nevertheless, placing an order by filling in the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time. A client may view the status of their order at any time.
Methods of payment
In order to assure maximum security in payment, Sancho Boots uses a secure payment system in which confidential payment data are transmitted directly in encrypted form (SSL) to the financial institution.
For payments by credit card, we only accept Secure E-Commerce (SEC) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol. When making the payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify whether the credit card is activated for secure electronic commerce. It will connect to the bank issuing the card to request authorization for the transaction. The transaction will take place only after the confirmation of the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
Invoicing
You can download your invoice from your account on our online site. If you wish to receive it on paper or by mail, you can request it when you place your order in the comments field to the seller.
Taxes
The prices shown in the shop are inclusive of 21% Spanish VAT. Prices will be adjusted to the tax rate of each country in the shopping cart.
Hours
at SANCHOBOOTS.ONLINE, you can buy at any time of day, any day of the year. Remember that shipments are made directly from the factory, which is open on business days. When the factory is closed for vacations or bank holidays, it will be announced in this section so that consumers can be aware of possible delays in delivery. Such closures will also be announced on the home page of our website.
Customer service hours are: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 info@sanchoboots.online, or through WhatsApp (+34)688 70 15 14.
Shipments
- For orders placed before 17:00 (UTC+1), delivery times vary in Spain, between 24 and 48 hours (working days), for Europe between 3 and 7 working days. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we do try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural populations far from urban centers is not possible to guarantee in any case the delivery in 24 hours.
- Delivery times will depend on the availability of a product, which is shown in the fact sheet of each, and will also be affected by the factory opening hours indicated above. Orders with more than one item will be included in a single shipment, and the term of delivery will be that of the item with the longest such term.
- An order is considered to have been delivered when the client signs the delivery receipt.
- The country of delivery must coincide with the country of invoicing, otherwise the shipment will not be able to be made.
- If a product is received with damage caused during transport, please contact us within 24 hours in order to file an incidence claim with the transport company.
- No deliveries will be made to pick up points, point pack or locker, please indicate a postal address where there is a physical person to pick up or deliver the package.
Shipping costs
FREE SHIPPING over 100€ to mainland Spain and part of the European Union (*consult the following tables for transport costs for each country). Outside these countries, the shipping cost will at the customer’s expense and will depend on the rate offered by transport company, the weight of the items and the number to be shipped.
Shipments outside the European Union are usually subject to payment of taxes and duties at destination, this depends on the legislation of each country. These costs will always be paid by the customer.
Returns and exchanges
In accordance with prevailing legislation, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of boots that are missing accessories or parts, have damage (scratches on the sole or damage to the leather), damage or signs of use beyond those necessary to check their good condition and are the correct size. In the event that the original packaging and label are not complete and in correct condition, the boots may be depreciated.
If the size is not correct, or if you wish to make an exchange for any other reason, as well as if you wish to make a return, it will be essential to contact us in order to accept the exchange or return by filling in this form. We will send you an email informing you of the 'return number' and the instructions to follow.
To carry out the return, you will have to confirm an address in order to collect the package during business hours of the transport company and a contact telephone number. A person must be present to hand over the package to the carrier.
If, for causes beyond the control of Sancho Boots or the transport company (such as absence from your home when the package is to be collected), the package cannot be collected, we will send the transport company back to collect the package one more time. After two unsuccessful attempts to collect the package, its return to Sancho Boots will be at the customer’s expense in both resources and costs.
The transport costs of a first return will be free if the shipping cost is also free, you can check it in the table. The costs incurred for second or more returns will be borne by the customer.

Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform the company within a period of 14 calendar days following the date of receipt. Fill this form.

All products have a warranty period of 3 years, according to Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, except in exceptional cases where it may be of a different duration
If you need to exercise this guarantee, please contact us at info@sanchoboots.online. It will be necessary to indicate full name, email with which the purchase was made and order number, you can also send invoice, delivery note or order confirmation, which you can download from your account on our website.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Deterioration created by misuse of the product, improper use,
- Damage caused by the user or by non-accredited third parties,
- Damage caused by accident, lightning, flood, fire or any other cause for which the manufacturer is not responsible,
- Use of the product outside the family and private environment, e.g. intensive professional use,
- Deterioration created by adaptations, adjustments or modifications made to a product without written agreement with the manufacturer,
- Deterioration due to repair, maintenance or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear,
- Deterioration of accessories.
